Healthiest Ingredients

At least according to Real Simple Magazine.  I think that we do a good job of incorporating these ingredients into our diet.  There are a few that are simply not going to happen.  I cannot bring myself to eat sardines.  Too many bad childhood memories of my Dad eating them (bones and all – ewww) out of one of those little tins.  Anyway…here’s the list.  What are some of your favorites and some of your least favorites?  I think it will be a fun challenge to try to come up with meal plans that use as many of these ingredients  as possible.

  • Wild Salmon
  • Yogurt (non fat Greek)
